Juice Plus

picture of the product line from Juice PlusA few years into my journey of eating whole foods, I heard about another way to consume more fruits and vegetables – powdered produce in a capsule. It was unconventional but based on solid research, so my husband and I decided to try it. Here’s why:

  1. It is real food. Unlike multivitamins, which typically contain isolated and synthetic nutrients that our bodies don’t recognize, and often don’t even digest, Juice Plus takes 30 varieties of vine-ripened produce straight from the field, then pulverizes and dries it at a low temperature to preserve nutrients. This means we get all the tens of thousands of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and phytonutrients flooding our body!
  2. It is science-based and proven in more than 40 studies published in peer-reviewed medical journals showing multiple benefits to health, like improved heart health, stronger immune system, reduced inflammation, to name a few.
  3. It is certified pure by NSF, a third-party organization that tests the ingredients to verify that what’s on the label is really in it and that it is free of contaminants (like mold, pesticides, heavy metals, etc).
  4. It is backed by physicians around the world, including Dr. Sears himself, who has been taking it for nearly 25 years.

We have been taking it for 13 years now, and it is the easiest way I know for my family and I to consume a wide variety of fruits and vegetables every, single, day. It has improved our health in ways I never imagined and is foundational for our health plan.

Tower Garden

Want to grow your food but don’t have a green thumb or yard space? Tower Garden is a vertical aeroponic growing system based on cutting-edge technology used at Epcot Center’s Land exhibit. It’s dirt-free, weed-free, basically waters itself, and can grow up to 28 plants in a 3-foot space, indoors or outdoors.

Tower Garden has been my favorite way to grown greens and herbs for 10 years!
